Who we are

Traitz Sms is a service of Traitz Tech, based in Douala, Cameroon. These terms apply when you create an account or use our dashboard or API.

Your account

You must give accurate business and contact details and keep your password and API keys secret. You are responsible for everything sent from your account.

New accounts start with limits that we raise after review. We may ask for documents that prove who you are.

Credits and payment

Credits are prepaid and sold in XAF. One credit sends one SMS part to one number. Prices are shown before you pay.

A credit is returned automatically when a message is refused before it reaches the operator. Once an operator has accepted a message, the credit is used, even if the message is not delivered. Unused credits are not refundable in cash unless the law requires it.

Sender IDs

Sender names are validated by the mobile operators, who may refuse them. The sender ID fee covers the review and submission work and follows the refund rules shown when you pay.

What you may send

You must follow our Acceptable use policy and the law. You must have consent from the people you message and honor every request to stop.

Service

We work to deliver every message, but delivery depends on the operators and on the recipient phone. We do not promise that any message will be delivered or delivered within a given time.

Suspension

We may limit or suspend an account that breaks these terms, puts the service at risk or is the subject of complaints. When possible we tell you why first.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon.
