How much does an SMS cost?
You pay per SMS part, in XAF, with no monthly fee. The more credits you buy at once, the lower the price per SMS. See the pricing page for current rates.
How do credits work?
One credit sends one SMS part to one number. You buy credits with MTN MoMo or Orange Money and they stay in your account until you use them.
How long does a sender ID take?
The mobile operators validate each new sender ID. It usually takes 15 to 17 days. While you wait, you can send with our shared sender.
Which networks do you deliver to?
We deliver to mobile numbers on MTN, Orange, Nexttel and Camtel in Cameroon.
Do I get my credits back if a message fails?
If a message is refused before it reaches the operator, for example because the number is not valid, your credit is returned automatically. Once the operator has accepted a message, the credit is used even if the phone was off.
Are there sending limits?
New accounts start with a small daily limit while we confirm your account. This protects everyone from spam. Once confirmed, your limit goes up to match your needs.
Can I send in French with accents?
Yes. é, è, à, ù and ç fit in a normal SMS of 160 characters. Letters like ê, â, î, ô and û, and emojis, switch the message to a format of 70 characters per part. Our editor shows the exact count before you send.
