Never send

Scams, phishing or fake payment requests.

Messages that pretend to come from a bank, an operator, a government body or a brand you do not represent.

Illegal content, hate speech, threats or harassment.

Gambling, adult content or unlicensed financial offers.

Links hidden behind URL shorteners to mislead people.

Sender names

Use only sender names you are allowed to use. Names of banks, operators, government bodies and well known brands need proof of ownership.

Sending hours

Send marketing messages at reasonable hours for your recipients.

What we do

We check content for scam patterns and may hold messages for review. We may suspend accounts that break this policy and share information with authorities when the law requires it.
