What we collect

Account data: your name, business name, email, phone number and team members.

Messaging data: the numbers you send to, the message text, delivery status and costs.

Payment data: amounts, references and the mobile money number used. We never see your mobile money PIN.

This website does not use advertising cookies. We measure visits without cookies and without personal data.

Why we use it

To run the service, deliver your messages, bill you, prevent spam and fraud, give support and meet our legal duties.

Who we share it with

Our SMS delivery partners and the mobile operators, to deliver messages. Our payment partners, to process payments. Authorities, when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Message text is deleted after 90 days by default. Account and billing records are kept as long as the law requires.

Security

Data travels over HTTPS. Secrets are encrypted at rest, API keys are stored as hashes and phone numbers are masked in logs.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion by writing to us. You can export or delete your account data from the dashboard.
